The Musto Skiff Open Meeting was hosted at Brightlingsea Sailing Club over 7th and 8th October, with the club welcoming 12 Musto Skiffs for the weekend.
The class enjoyed some close racing in unseasonably warm conditions. The day 1 racing was great fun for all, with conditions being described as ‘F2-3, shifty, tide-turning, sunny’. There was no racing on the Sunday due to light winds, so after 4 races, it was local club member, Eddie Bridle, who took the win. Joining him on the podium was Dan Vincent in 2nd place and Andy Tarboton finishing in 3rd.
