The Suisse Musto Skiff Class Association is planning to host daily group regatta training sessions over 7 – 15 May 2022 to help the class prepare for their regatta season. The sessions will be led by an experienced sailor in the class, with time for individual practice and training each day.

About the Training: The Suisse Musto Skiff Association would like to host daily group regatta training sessions over 7 – 15 May 2022 led by an informal trainer (one of the experienced sailors from the class) via a motorboat. During these two to three hours of regatta training, we will focus on starting, sailing in a regatta course, and tactical sailing. Beyond the daily group training sessions, there will be the opportunity for sailors to do individual training and put learning into practice, try different manoeuvres, and learn from each other informally.
Aim: Fun, group sailing, individual and across classes preparation for the regatta season.
Participants: Skiff and other regatta sailors from Switzerland and other countries.
Accommodation: Every sailor is responsible for his or her accommodation. We recommend the Camping Magic Lake (they also have rooms to rent). See: https://www.magiclake.it/camping/?lang=de
Food: Individual sailors to cover costs.
Other Costs: All travel, food and accommodation costs must be covered by the individual. The costs for the fuel of the motorboat will be split across all training participants. If we can’t travel to Dongo due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 situation, we will plan an alternative program at Lake Walensee in Switzerland.

Of course, it is possible to take part on only some of the days and enjoy, for example, other days with the family at the beautiful Dongo.
