Mainsail Pre-Order Offer Confirmed for Existing Class Members

Musto Skiff International Class Association update on the new mainsail:

“As many of you already know, the class members’ vote on the future of the mainsail saw the majority voting to adopt the new design. The committee has since been in discussions with Ovington’s to get the best possible price to ensure it is well adopted by the class globally. We are really pleased that Ovington, in conjunction with Hyde Sails, will provide almost 20% saving on pre-orders of the new mainsail, despite increasing costs of labour and materials in the supply chain. Together, these savings have brought the mainsail pre-order price down from £1,300 to £1,050.

In addition, the international class association will also subsidise this with an extra £200 saving for existing class members. This brings the mainsail pre-order price down further to just £850. This price will only be available on your first mainsail, and only for the first 100 mainsails pre-ordered by existing class members between now and 30th June.

I’m personally proud of the community spirit of the Musto Skiffs, which sets us apart from other classes. We can all look forward to experimenting and trying new ideas, and sharing what we learn with each other to get the most out of our new style mainsail, which is set to be released by the end of this year.”
