Latest Update for the 2023 Musto Skiff Worlds (April 2023)

Entry is now open for the ACO 12th Musto Skiff World Championships 2023, which will be hosted at Circolo Vela Torbole at Lake Garda over 15 – 21 July.

We are less than 3 months out from the 2023 Worlds at Torbole, Lake Garda, and we now have 37 entries, which is great to see! This includes an impressive number of youth entries, and the entries keep on coming!

Whilst we are doing a shared event week with the B14s class, this entry number means we will now have our own race area.

There are only a few days left to get the early entry fee of €400, so enter here and pay before 1st May to get the discount: https://webcollect.org.uk/msca/event/2023-musto-skiff-world-championships

NOTE: You must pay your entry fee before 1st May to complete your entry at the discounted fee. There is also a 50% discount for youths.

So, what is included in the entry fee?

  • Participation in the organised Musto Skiff practice races on Saturday 15th July.
  • Participation in all the organised Championship races over Sunday 16th to Friday 21st July. (14 races planned).
  • Access to on-shore areas for boat storage during the event.
  • At least 1 x ticket to each of the organised social events.
  • After sailing snacks for all entrants at the end of each race day.
  • All competitors will also receive an exclusive event branded t-shirt provided by class sponsor, Musto. (Opportunity to add your size preference for entries before 1st May).

There will also be a prize giving at the close of the event, with awards for each category and a wide range of great prizes sponsored by Musto.

The IMSCA committee will organise everything for you alongside the great team at Circolo Vela Torbole, so you just need to turn up, rig your boat and have a great week of racing in a stunning location, and catching up with great friends over beers (or a fresh orange juice for the youths and the serious sailors!) at the organised socials in the sailing club.
