Annual Skipper's Meeting Minutes
Due to the international nature of the committee and the country representatives, most class administration is done on-line throughout the year. Once a year, the Chairman calls a meeting to be held at the World Championships, which is typically the only time that the international committee and the country representatives are together in the same place.
