Meet our Musto Skiff class brand ambassadors
In partnership with our Title Class Sponsor, Musto, we launched the Musto Skiff Class and Musto Brand Ambassador Programme in 2022.
Each season, our top youth and established / high profile sailors help us to positively promote both the class and the Musto brand in their region and internationally.
We aim to select new brand ambassadors each season, so if you are interested to find out more about what is involved and put yourself, or another Musto Skiff sailor, forward for the role, get in touch with us at comms@mustoskiff.com

AUS BRAND AMBASSADOR
2024 Season
French-native sailor, Matthias Houvenagel, who resides in Australia as his permanent home, was selected to represent the Musto Skiff class in Australia for the 2024 Season. Matthias has a World title under his belt, having won the ACO 12th Musto Skiff World Championships 2023. As well as several podium places during each season and an impressive talent for sailing, his positivity and enthusiasm for sailing and the Musto Skiff class made him a popular choice for the 2024 Brand Ambassador role.

- Bill Maughan-
UK BRAND AMBASSADOR
2024 Season
GBR sailor, Bill Maughan, was selected to represent the Musto Skiff class in the UK for the 2023 Season. Bill is a UK Nationals Champion in the class, and also took the final podium place at the 2023 Worlds. He has been showing some rapid pace and impressive boat handling over the last few seasons, making him a great choice for the 2024 Brand Ambassador role. Always very approachable and willing to help others in the class, Bill holds the Chairman role for the UK class and is also proactive in the UK fleet, arranging training sessions and sharing Musto Skiff training videos.

Australian youth sailor, Hayden Brown, was selected to represent the Musto Skiff class in Australia for the 2023 Season.

UK & International BRAND AMBASSADOR
2022 Season
As International Chairman in 2022 and a well established and respected sailor in the GBR class, Andy Tarboton was selected to launch the Brand Ambassador programme and represent the Musto Skiff class in the UK and internationally for the 2022 Season.
