COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic and Class Events in 2022
The on-going COVID-19 pandemic continues to have an impact on sailing activities and events in every country. If you are able to sail your boat and attend events in your country (or other countries), always follow local Government guidance and regulations on Covid-19. Sailing clubs may also have additional Covid-19 safety measures in place.
We all want to continue sailing and keep our sailing clubs open, so please take all the necessary steps to keep yourself and others safe. At the very least, this may include frequent sanitising of hands and surfaces, maintaining a social distance from others, and wearing a face covering in boat parks and in sailing club areas, if required.
Whilst we remain optimistic that we will go ahead with events as planned, some events may be cancelled or rescheduled at short notice. If you are unsure, please confirm the event status with your local class representative. For international events, updates will be communicated on our class channels, including our international Facebook page and International Facebook Group.
