Who says sailing in the UK is just for summer? The 2025/26 Seldén Sailjuice Winter Series is here to prove that the fun doesn’t stop when the temperature drops! Launched at the recent Southampton Boat Show, this legendary series brings together all types of dinghy sailors from across the UK to ensure everyone can continue enjoying the sport of sailing through the winter months.
This isn’t just about keeping your skills sharp – it’s about embracing the challenge and the camaraderie of competing in one of the most respected winter series out there in the UK. It’s well attended by Musto Skiff sailors, and it’s become a staple in the GBR Class calendar to stay race-ready through the off-season.
If you think you’re brave enough for frosty mornings and brisk breezes, get the event dates in your diary and join us on the water. There are 8 events planned. Here’s the confirmed schedule:
- 22–23 Nov 2025 – Draycote Dash at Draycote Water SC
- 6–7 Dec 2025 – Datchet Flyer at Datchet Water SC
- 13 Dec 2025 – Polar Chase at The Chase SC
- 27 Dec 2025 – Yorkshire Dales Brass Monkey at Yorkshire Dales SC
- 4 Jan 2026 – Grafham GP at Grafham Water SC (Event updated – moved to 8th Feb 2026)
- 10 Jan 2026 – Bloody Mary at Queen Mary SC
- 31 Jan–1 Feb 2026 – Tiger Trophy at Rutland SC
- 14 Feb 2026 – Oxford Blue at Oxford SC
- 21 Feb 2026 – Prize Giving – Location TBC
