>> the growing Australian fleet

>> international contender

>> 191cm, 88kg

training did you do in the MPS in the year prior to
the champioship win?
>> a bit before the 2011 worlds, than a much as
life allowed after work in summer.
Did you do any specific
training exercises to improve your boatspeed & handling?
>> short-course work was really helpful with handling.
What were your rig settings (Rake,
tensions (shroud & lowers) spreaders (length &
deflection))?
>> nothing special similar to uk guys, maybe slightly
straighter rig.
What did it feel like to lift
the trophy at the prize giving?
>> great. I have a lot of respect to my fellow
Musto sailors in Australia.

>> no

have?
>> AFL. Utube buddy 13 goals to find out more.

>> nope

>> any popular music with a beat.
