Accommodation
Offer :: WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2012
We have been working with one of the operators
and have secured a deal for some of the accommodation
to be used during the Olympics.
This wing is part of a bigger complex
and during the Olympics this will be home to one of
the top European teams.
Details
of the accommodation and how to book can be found here
>>>
The wing is located on-site with The Venue
Hotel.
http://www.thevenuesouthwest.co.uk/Overview.html
People staying in the wing will have access
to the facilities (Bar!!) at The Venue.
Of course there is no shortage of accommodation
in Weymouth as it is one of the UK leading seaside holiday
venues but if you wish to stay in Portland there is
less choice.
The journey to the WPNSA is very easy
from this accommodation.
Bike storage is offered for the duration
of the Worlds at a price of £20 per bike. Space
is limited to 10 bikes. Naturally they can not be responsible
for these bikes so bring your own lock.
We are in the process of getting some
event rates for The Venue if you require a little more
luxury.

Here is another option:
The Aqua is a short walk or drive from
WPNSA. For this years’ test events, and the Olympics,
the French Sailing Federation are returning to us again,
having used The Aqua for events over the past few years
and regularly provide accommodation to individual sailors
and organisations. Here are a couple of testimonials:
"The Aqua's clean, comfortable and
affordable rooms and close proximity make it a great
accommodation option when the Artemis Offshore Academy
squad train at WPNSA"
Artemis Offshore Academy
"We had the most fantastic stay at
the Aqua Hotel, I booked 23 of us in from the Exe and
our every whim was catered for, from drying our kit
to providing us with a hearty breakfast and serving
the finest whiskey. All we had to do was get on and
enjoy the sailing because we knew the Aqua had got it
covered"
