 Well
we are finally at the end of the fixtures for 2009 and
Gavin Homer has cranked out all the numbers and we have
some series winners.
Southern
Series: Dan Henderson
North
Series: Richard Purdy
Scottish
Series: Ian Renilson
Editors note: after much nagging no
photo was forthcoming so I have improvised, it is a
really nice trophy so I wanted to put up a picture;
looks like Daniel's been down the gym instead of going
to lectures.
We had fantastic turnouts in all 3 series;
South 74, North 58 and Scottish 20.
There was some conflict in the programme
between the North series & the SSR series and Northern
Fixtures guru John Evans is already on the case to try
and avoid that in 2010.
For those who are wondering what happened
to the Derwent results unfortunate they were lost with
the demise of the club laptop and unfortunately no-one
seems to have a good enough memory to recite them ...
such is life; never mind.
So we have new winners to the series and
congratulations to all the winner.
